It went quicker than I'd expected. Probably because I get home and have only two hours (mainly spent cooking and eating dinner) before I have to start getting the baby ready for bed. I could come in even earlier, but then I wouldn't get to see her awake in the morning. Not cool. If she starts waking up earlier, I can adjust my schedule. Thankfully I have that flexibility.
I didn't even attempt to work on my thesis this week. If I hadn't made so much progress on it in the past month or so, I'd probably be upset about that. That's exactly why I busted my butt to get most of it done before I was full time again.
I am tired, but not exhausted. Sad, but not depressed. Life is what you make of it, right? At least we have lunch breaks together, and weekends to look forward to.

Sounds like you guys are adjusting to the new schedule well. Hooray! :) It's definitely difficult to be a working Mom. It's also difficult to be a stay at home Dad. You're both doing such a great job making sure Evie is a happy, healthy baby! I love the Friday photos! :)
