Took Evie on her first zoo visit a couple weekends ago. It was a really warm day, but by time we left the restaurant it had cooled off considerably! Down to the low 60s, even. We were glad her jacket was in the car.
We went out to dinner first, because we can actually do that again! Yay for high chairs. :)
I didn't even know Austin HAD a zoo until some coupons came up for it on Living Social. In short, she loved it.

She didn't seem so sure at first, but she warmed up pretty quickly, and by time she left (after just an hour) she was VERY excited.
We'll be back!
Cats love Scott, even though he doesn't love them. ;)

I love taking kids to see animals! :) They definitely enjoy it much more than anything else. Glad you discovered the zoo! And the pics turned out really awesome!!!
