Unfortunately, we are back from Spain.  We got back last night, slept at Scott's parents' house, and drove back to Austin this afternoon.  All of us are feeling a bit under the weather but are hopeful that it's just jet lag.  My garden looked very, very sad but I soaked it two or three times over with water and some of the plants seem to have perked up. (Thanks for slacking, neighbor!)

As you can probably imagine, I took A LOT of photos.  Something like 500.  I decided to go through them in groups based on places they were taken, so I'll upload them throughout the rest of the week.  Scott will also be helping tell the story of our vacation, which we all enjoyed immensely.  We hope to get the details out before we forget them!

Evie turned 9 months old while we were gone, and is cutting one or both of her two top teeth right now!  She was such a great travel companion and did very well on the flights.  She of course made friends everywhere we went.  She's now both waving (which, until yesterday, wasn't much more than sticking her arm out in someone's general direction) and shaking her head no.  All day long!  She cracks us up.  She is also being quite clingy and fussy today, so I think she's a little bummed to be back home too. ;)  We are already planning our next escape to Europe.  So much we want to see!
