We suck and forgot to get a picture this week. No sense in getting one now as I'll be 30 weeks in a couple days! Rest assured that my stomach is growing bigger by the day. I feel like it's doubled in size this week, but that's probably just my imagination (and the fact that I feel SO HEAVY!)
To make up for it, here's a picture of a bib that one of my co-workers gave me! Isn't it adorable?
I'm dying for one of those 3D/4D ultrasounds, but I'm not entirely convinced of their safety, plus we don't need to spend the money on something like that. Patience is a virtue, right?
Made out with another Craigslist find -- maternity clothes! By far the best thing in there was a brand new with tags swim suit that fits perfectly! (NO there will be no pictures of me wearing it!) There were a couple skirts/shorts and shirts that I like, too. Too many pants (WAY too hot for pants!), but I can save those for next time. At only $30 for all of it, I think I got a great deal. I really didn't want to spend a bunch more money on clothes that I'll only be wearing for a handful of months.
After some discussion with my thesis advisor, I've decided to push it back another semester. That means I won't be graduating until May at the earliest. It was too much stress, though, and that's the last thing I need right now. I've picked up a few natural childbirth books from the library and have been spending my free time reading those. Time to get "in the zone!" Call me crazy, but I'm really looking forward to labor/delivery. :)

You're not crazy! For one, you get tired of all the woes of pregnancy. You are eager to see Baby E in person. And labor is a painful, but empowering thing to go through. I felt like superwoman after natural childbirth. It's difficult, but you do it and an entire person suddenly is in the room. The whole pregnancy, labor, motherhood process amazes me still... I love being a woman! Our bodies are capable of insane acts of awesomeness ;)
You will be handing down your delivery story to your own daughter some day so try not to forget everything. Allison is right about how awesome and powerful and strong you feel when you go through all that. You are going to be a wonderful mom. Is Scott going to go to the classes with you or are you just reading about it? I never took the classes and just did what the "coach" told me to do and it went well.
@Mom - we're doing classes together. They are required by the birthing center for first timers. It's the Bradley Method that we're taking classes on. I'm mostly reading natural childbirth stories along with a few books about childbirth in the US. You know me, I like to research! :)
